If you are a first-time coach, a reluctant coach, a coach looking for tips, a coach looking for advice, we have two wonderful volunteers who are willing to talk with you, meet with you and your team at practice, or watch your team play and offer assessments.  Tim Pofahl and Ray Alston are long-time BAC coaches who are currently “retired”.  We sought them out because of their experience but also because of their philosophies about working with kids.  They have seen a wide range of skill, comprehension and behaviors at the various age levels and can offer helpful insight.  You are invited to contact them with your concerns or questions about your coaching situations by email or phone as follows:
